Day 01 – Arrival & Grounding

You arrive. Not to be changed — just to be welcomed. We start slow: tea, soft eyes, shared silence. No need to share. No need to impress. Just land — and let the world outside begin to quiet.

Day 02 – Ritual & Rhythm

A gentle return to your body begins. Breathwork and yoga to ease open the morning. A group cooking class where nourishment becomes connection. Sleep rituals that remind you: rest isn’t earned — it’s yours.

Day 03 – Stillness & Self

This is the day we step away — from devices, demands, and distraction. A full digital detox, with nature to hold you. Scenic hikes, a spa session, hands that care without asking anything back. And a quiet dinner under soft lights, shared with women who get it.

Day 04 – Reflection & Return

No performance. No big finale. Just a circle. A journal. A soft goodbye. You leave not as someone new — But as someone who remembered who she was.

Day 05 & Beyond – Your Gentle Reset

Your journey with nalanook continues — with rhythm, reflection, and ritual. This isn’t a strict program. It’s a soft, supportive structure to help you reconnect and realign across three core areas of your wellbeing:

1. Mental & Emotional Grounding
Learn to observe your thoughts with greater clarity, regulate your emotions with compassion, and respond to challenges with presence.

You’ll set meaningful intentions, build emotional resilience, and make space for sustainable self-care in your daily life.

2. Movement for Soft Wellness
Through gentle movement practices — like stretching, yoga, and Pilates — you’ll begin to restore your relationship with your body.

These are not workouts. They’re simple, nourishing rituals to invite presence, flow, and habit back into your physical rhythm.

3. Sound & Energy Alignment
Selected sessions will incorporate sound healing and energy-shifting tools to help lift emotional stagnation, restore balance, and reconnect you with the quiet strength within.

This phase is about integration — small, intentional steps that support a deeper sense of wellbeing across mind, body, and soul.
